LANGLEY AIR FORCE BASE, Va. -- Senior Master Sgt. Scott Cloutier, 1st Component Maintenance Squadron propulsion flight chief, secures an F100-100 jet engine onto a truck destined for the Virginia Air and Space Center June 27.
