HAWC helps improve run times

LANGLEY AIR FORCE BASE, Va. -- Airmen begin the running portion of the running clinic Jan. 8.  The running clinic is held monthly to help Airmen improve their one and a half mile run time.  Participants of the clinic spend about three hours between the classroom and running track.  The next running clinic will be held on Feb. 12, at the Health and Wellness Center.
