The Consumer Product Safety Commission, in conjunction with the Retail Industry Leaders Association, Safe Kids Worldwide and Toy Association, is promoting toy safety and smart shopping practices during the holiday season. The campaign, Know the ABCs of Toy Safety, is designed to help guide consumers and provide toy safety awareness during the holidays and all year long. Before long travel, check tire pressure in all tires, including spare tires, and fill them to the recommended level on the vehicle’s tire information placard, certification label, or in the owner’s manual. Don’t rush when traveling and remain vigilant as tires can lose air suddenly if you drive over a pothole, other object or if you strike the curb when parking. (U.S. Air Force photo by Staff Sgt.
