JOINT BASE LANGLEY-EUSTIS, Va. — U.S. Air Force Tech Sgt. Jennifer Gloria “JT” Thomas, 441st Vehicle Support Chain Operations Squadron noncommissioned officer in charge of vehicle disposition and lease management at Joint Base Langley-Eustis, Virginia, was recognized as one of the 12 Outstanding Airmen of the Year for 2022.

Another piece of Fort Eustis history

JOINT BASE LANGLEY-EUSTIS, Va. — The U.S. Army Transportation Museum received a 1940 M16 Multiple Gun Motor Carriage Half-track at Joint Base Langley-Eustis, Virginia, Dec. 3, 2018. The museum received the M16 Half-track from the U.S. Army Museum Support Center in Anniston, Alabama, to better tell the story of combat vehicles during World War II.

The 441st Vehicle Support Chain Operations Squadron hosted the Vehicle Transformation and Acquisition Council at Joint Base Langley-Eustis, Va., July 31 to Aug. 4, 2017.

VTAC meets to evolve vehicle mission support operations

Langley 1 of 4 AFBs to test bio-based grease

JOINT BASE LANGLEY-EUSTIS, Va. — The 733rd Logistics Readiness Squadron vehicle management flight at Joint Base Langley-Eustis, Virginia, was chosen to participate in a 12-month long experimental testing of a new bio-based grease to lessen JBLE’s impact on the environment. The 441st Vehicle Support Chain Operations Squadron and the representatives from the Defense Logistics Agency briefed the vehicle management flight about the impact of the bio-based grease on the three vehicles chosen to test the grease, Jan. 31, 2017. Members of the 441st VSCOS will also partner with the U.S. Navy, U.S. Marine Corps, NASA and the Kennedy Space Center to test the bio-based grease in their vehicles.
