JOINT BASE LANGLEY-EUSTIS, Va. - U.S. Air Force Lt. Col. Andrew Gray, 71st Fighter Squadron commander, parks the first F-22 Raptors, part of the incoming Formal Training Unit fleet, to touch down at Joint Base Langley-Eustis, Virginia, Mar. 29, 2023.
