Koscheski, 15th AF commander, visited the McClellan Fitness Center to learn about the ACFT being implemented across U.S. Army and the McClellan facility's conversion to a ACFT training facility. Base visits like these allow senior leaders to interact with service members to see first-hand some of the successes and challenges faced at different installations across the Air Forcce.
