JOINT BASE LANGLEY-EUSTIS, Va. - Progressive muscle relaxation, using a massage chair, is one of the stress management techniques practiced at the Army Wellness Center on Joint Base Langley-Eustis, Virginia. A small earpiece is placed on a client to measure heart rate variability and level of coherence to determine which stress relief techniques works best for them; this is called emWave technology.
