JOINT BASE LANGLEY-EUSTIS, Va. - U.S. Army Brig. Gen. James M. Smith, U.S. Army Chief of Transportation, presents the Bronze Star medal to Ronald Mallory, a Vietnam War Veteran, at the U.S. Army Transportation Museum on Joint Base Langley-Eustis, Virginia, Mar. 4, 2020.
