JOINT BASE LANGLEY-EUSTIS, Va. - Charles Tipper, 733rd Security Forces Squadron police officer, receives the Department of the Air Force Command Civilian Award from U.S. Army Lt. Col. James Pacheco, 733rd SFS commander. Tipper provided cardiopulmonary resuscitation to an infant during a medical emergency, potentially saving the child’s life while waiting for the arrival of medical personnel.
