JOINT BASE LANGLEY-EUSTIS, Va. - U.S. Army Soldiers listen to Lt. Gen. R. Scott Dingle, Surgeon General of the U.S. Army, during a town hall in Wylie Theater at Joint Base Langley-Eustis, Virginia, Feb. 6, 2020.
