JOINT BASE LANGLEY-EUSTIS, Va. - Alfred Murray, Military Sealift Command’s USNS Brittin captain, peers out over the bridge of the vessel upon arrival to Port of Ponce, Puerto Rico, Nov. 3, 2017. Murray, who lost his home during Hurricane Katrina in 2005, is guiding the Brittin into Puerto Rico loaded with humanitarian relief aid supplies after the island was battered by two hurricanes in September, 2017.
