JOINT BASE LANGLEY-EUSTIS, Va. - U.S. service members inspect the aftermath of vehicle U.S. Air Force Staff Sgt. Timothy Donnan, 633rd Civil Engineer Squadron Explosives Ordnance Disposal team lead, was in after it was hit by an Improvised Explosive Device in Afghanistan, Jan. 16, 2012.
