Research biologists from the U.S. Department of Agriculture National Wildlife Research Center, place a global positioning unit tag on an osprey in the Little Back River near Langley June 1. The GPS units are used in Langley's Satellite Tracking Program, which monitors the birds’ behavioral and flight patterns.
