HAMPTON, Va. -- Staff Sgt. Harron Elloso and Tech Sgt. Letisia Eddy, vocalists in Tops in Blue, perform for military families at the Hampton University Convocation Center Nov. 12 during the 2010 We Believe tour. More than 2,000 people came out to the free performance where the group performed 25 songs from a variety of genres to include R&B and rock ‘n’ roll.
