By using Self-Aid and Buddy Care techniques, Senior Airman Katelynn, left, 192nd Intelligence Squadron analyst, and Senior Airman Rahjanaye, right, 497th Operations Support Squadron analyst, were able to act quickly in an emergency situation, giving critical aid to a car accident victim in Hampton, Va., Feb. 23, 2013.
