JOINT BASE LANGLEY-EUSTIS, Va. –
Fort Eustis will conduct an emergency response exercise, September 18, 2025.
The exact start time for the exercise will be unannounced and is expected to have minimal impact to the installation’s normal operations. Some Fort Eustis residents may see an increase in emergency response activities on the installation, including within on-post family housing areas.
This exercise will test installation personnel in their response to a chemical, biological, radiological, and nuclear (CBRN) emergency; ensuring the continued safety and security of service members, civilians, and visitors.
This exercise is a routine training event and is not indicative of a changed or increased threat environment.
