Nose Dive Lounge open for business

By Airman 1st Class Tristan Biese 633 Air Base Wing Public Affairs

After almost two years of being closed, the Langley Club will reopen here, May 11, 2018.

The barbershop at the club is currently open and at 4 p.m., April 13, the Nose Dive Lounge will open as well.

The lounge will open every Friday from 4 to 9 p.m. The lounge’s hours of operations are subject to change once the club has officially opened.

“The lounge is open to the JBLE community; if you can get onto JBLE, then we invite you to come and visit,” said Jeffrey Tessler, 633rd Force Support squadron chief of community services.

Tessler said that the lounge is a place for anyone to gather and relax. Individuals can come to have a drink or a bite to eat and talk with their fellow wingmen.

“The Air Force is based on comradery and a team concept, and the club gives the community a central place where people can come together,” said Tessler. “It’s a place to share ideas, stories, history and build on the comradery that makes the Air Force the best Air Force in the world.”
