CSM Springstube completed all levels of the Noncommissioned Officer Professional Development System, First Sergeant's Course, Sergeants Major Course, Drill Sergeant Course, NATO SFA Course and NATO Logistics Course. Her civilian education includes a Bachelor's Degree in Leadership and Workforce Development from the Command and General Staff College, and a Master's of Science Degree in Nursing from Tarleton University.
Her awards and decorations include the Bronze Star Medal (1OLC), the Meritorious Service Medal (5OLC), the Army Commendation Medal (5OLC), the Army Achievement Medal (5OLC), the Meritorious Unit Citation, the Army Good Conduct Medal (6th Award), the National Defense Service Medal, the Iraq Campaign Medal with five Campaign Stars, the Global War on Terrorism Expeditionary Medal, the Global War on Terrorism Service Medal, the Noncommissioned Officer Professional Development Ribbon with numeral 4, the Army Service Ribbon, the Overseas Service Ribbon with numeral 6, the Combat Action Badge, and the Drill Sergeant Badge. CSM Springstube is a native of Trier, Germany. She enjoys traveling and spending quality family time with her husband James daughter Emily (22), son Camron (20), and daughter Hailey (12).
