Command Sergeant Major Lachelle R. Wiggins is a native of Canton, OH. She joined the military in December 1998 under the Delayed Entry Program as an Army Reserve Soldier assigned to 2nd Psychological Operations, Parma OH; and entered Active Duty June 2000. She attended Basic Training at Fort Jackson, SC and AIT at Fort Lee, VA where she earned the MOS of 92Y.

She received her bachelor’s degree in Leadership and Workforce Development from U.S. Army Command and General Staff College. She is currently awaiting degree conferral from Excelsior College for her Master of Science- Management with a concentration in Organizational Leadership.

She is married to Jerome Wiggins. Together they have one son, Jerome Wiggins Jr.
