LANGLEY AIR FORCE BASE, Va. -- A sailboat named Saltwater Taffy circles the area here July 25. The Saltwater Taffy is one of more than 20 boats registered for the Veteran's Cup 2009 Sailing Regatta, a sailboat race held in the Chesapeake Bay.
