JOINT BASE LANGLEY-EUSTIS, Va., Feb. 13, 2020 —
U.S. Army Soldiers and civilian employees gathered together to celebrate Black History Month 2020 Feb. 6, 2020 at the Jacobs Theater.
The designated theme of Black History Month 2020 is, “African Americans and the Vote,” which is meant to honor the centennial anniversary of the Nineteenth Amendment.
