Construction Impact Notice - JBLE Langley - As the 633d Civil Engineer Squadron continues to complete asphalt repairs along Sweeney Blvd, there will be an additional closure for portions of Sweeney for the installation of the new Dominion Energy Feeder. Small portions of the Armstead Gate right inbound lane will be blocked off for construction equipment from 21 Aug – 25 Sep. The closures will be from 0900-1600 each day to minimize traffic impacts. As the work progresses along Sweeney Blvd, the blocked off work zone will slowly shift in the direction of construction. During this time, vehicles will be diverted to the adjacent lane with cones, barriers and signage to designate closures.
