Bartell recognizes Gold Star family members during TRADOC Band spring concert

U.S. Army Maj. Gen. Arthur Bartell, Army Capabilities Integration Center deputy director and chief of staff, met with Gold Star family members during the intermission of the U.S. Army Training and Doctrine Command Band's "sold out" spring concert performance at the Ferguson Center for the Performing Arts, March 24. The Gold Star family members were recognized by a standing ovation by more than 1,800 in attendance, as Bartell thanked the family members for their sacrifice.
