U.S. Air Force F-22 Raptors deter aggression over Baltic skies

AMARI AIR BASE, Estonia — U.S. Air Force fifth-generation fighters supporting NATO Allied Air Command’s Air Shielding mission along the Eastern Flank executed an Agile Combat Employment deployment to Ämari Air Base, Estonia, May 8, 2023, to deter aggression in the Baltic Sea region.

The first FTU F-22s touch down at JBLE

F-22 Raptor Demo Team announces new pilot for 2023 air show season

JOINT BASE LANGLEY-EUSTIS, Va. — Gen. Mark Kelly, commander of Air Combat Command, certified the new F-22 Demonstration Team Pilot on Dec. 9, 2022, ahead of the 2023 air show season. Capt. Samuel “RaZZ” Larson will be replacing Maj. Joshua “Cabo” Gunderson as the commander and pilot of the F-22 Demonstration Team.

Joint Teams Conduct First F-22 In-Flight Tests for Aircrew CBRN Protection

NELLIS AIR FORCE BASE, Nev. — The U.S. Air Force conducted the first in-flight vapor purge tests on the F-22 Raptor with the support of the 422nd Test and Evaluation Squadron and the 59th Test Squadron on Nellis Air Force Base from Oct. 13-21, 2022.
