JOINT BASE LANGLEY-EUSTIS, Va. — The 733rd Civil Engineer Division is in the early phases of the Main Substation Repair Project, which will rejuvenate Fort Eustis’ electrical infrastructure, enabling optimal installation energy consumption and facilitating renewable energy resources in the future.
