A flash back to last week for some Monday Motivation! Our emergency services team, held a 22-hour long tryout for five first responders competing to join the team! Tryouts for this elite base defense team consisted of swimming, a fitness obstacle course, a 3-mile ruck and combat drills ending the next morning at 3 a.m. For first responders interested in making the team that combats terrorist activity, high risk response or high risk activity, tryouts are once every quarter!
